Chocolate Workshops
Learn the art of the chocolatier. We run chocolate-making workshops here in Rothbury, Northumberland.

A maximum of 6 people will attend a one day workshop unless it is a corporate event, therefore 10 people could attend.
Registration from 09.30am with the course starting at 10.00am, finishing at 4.00pm approx.

History of chocolate
Demonstrations
Practical - making ganache, tempering chocolate, hand rolling, decorating and using a mould.
Lunch is included, which shall be a thirty minute break to maximise your time for chocolate making.
You get to take all your handmade chocolates home with you, and a useful information pack.
The cost is £100 per person for the beginner's workshop
